SUMMARY OF THE ROLE HR Advisor for Multinational Heavylifting and Transportation Company Working at Taichung City, Taiwan About Our Region: Mammoet Taiwan businesses & operations focus on the Offshore Wind Industry. The services provided include engineering, heavy lifting and transportation solutions including marshaling, ballasting, weighing, load-in and load-out transportation services. Talent Acquisition Use MAMMOET recruitment system to handle with full life-cycle of hiring, from building up the talent pool, sourcing, interviewing, selection to offering activities. 2. Timesheet Administrator (1) Assist employee and manager to edit or approve timesheet. (2) Work with IT to resolve Timesheet related issues. (3) Maintain OT in payroll report ..etc. 3. Maintain HRIS (For example : SAP & other MAMMOET system) 4. Reporting Provide Human Resource reports with correct and useful HC critical business indicators. 5. Assists in managing projects that help to proactively improve the positive workplace. 6. Supports employee engagement initiatives and HR programs, handle employee questions and employee relations. You will be able to understand and communicate on people policies and procedures as necessary. 7. HR Operations Ensure smooth support to business in area of visa/work permits, employee travel..etc. 8.
