Sr. HR Advisor (HR Business Partner – Operations & Sales)
Responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with local business goals and global guidelines. Acts as a strategic partner to leadership, driving talent initiatives, leading cross-functional projects, and using data to support decision-making and performance. Reports to the Site HR Manager and operates autonomously, with future scope potentially expanding to LATAM units like Chile and Argentina.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Business Partnership (Purpose-driven)Serve as a strategic partner to the Operations and Sales teams, contributing directly to business success through the implementation of effective HR practices across all organizational levels:
•Reposition the HRBP's role as a strategic partner in executing business strategies.
•Enhance HRBP's impact on strategic projects of expansion and operational efficiency.
Transformation and Relationship BuildingAct as a trusted advisor and agent of change, positively influencing leaders and employees across the supported areas:
•Elevate influence and relationships with key stakeholders, promoting an environment of trust and support in decision-making processes.
•Strengthen HR's role as a facilitator in organizational changes and development initiatives.
High-Performing (Guided by data)Leverage data and insights to drive organizational performance and support effective, results-oriented decision-making:
•Enhance Human Resources indicators management through data analysis and action plans focused on high performance.
•Develop tailored solutions to strengthen operations, aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Talent Growth and Regional ExpansionDrive a robust talent management strategy focused on development, succession, and leadership readiness:
•Broaden the HR succession plan, preparing talents for future positions. Extend support to Argentina and Chile, ensuring regional alignment and synergy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Business, or related areas is preferred.5 - 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a solid track record as an HRBP in Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Sales environments.Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).Strong HR expertise in Training & Development, Performance, Compensation, Labor Relations, and Organizational Development.
