Job Description

DESCRIÇÃO:

Dar suporte efetivo e direto as áreas administrativas e operacional da CHEP, aos gestores e colaboradores em geral, em todos os assuntos referentes à gestão de pessoas, assegurando o alinhamento de políticas procedimentos e práticas organizacionais.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

Elaboração, implantação e acompanhamento de projetos, políticas, práticas e procedimentos de RH;Gestão operacional de pagamentos de fornecedores de RH;Administração dos benefícios e Pesquisa de Clima, avaliando a política e pensando em estratégias que aumentem a satisfação e bem-estar dos colaboradores;Prestar assessoria e suporte aos clientes internos de todos os níveis;Identificar possíveis irregularidades na aplicação de diretrizes, políticas de RH, verificando os desvios e tomar as medidas adequadas para enderençar e resolver tais problemas.Acompanhar o ciclo de vida do funcionário de acordo com as demandas de RH (admissão, demissão, Onboarding, etc);Acompanhamento de Auditoria Interna e ExternaApoio no controle de Headcount, Budget & Forecast de RH Apoio efetivo ao HRBP Brazil

7 anos de experiência na área de Recursos Humanos como Analista, Generalista ou Especialista

                                               

FORMAÇÃO ACADÊMICA

Superior Completo em ADM, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas

Desejável Inglês/Espanhol intermediário
