HR Analyst / Administrator
The criteria for the role:
Degree or relevant qualification related to the role Previous experience working within a global team is highly advantageous Must be highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented to effectively support the team Fluent in English with excellent communication skills High level of computer literacy Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overseeing the full employee lifecycle from preparing offer letters to contracts and creating employee profiles in the HR system Managing background checks, including references and right-to-work verifications Handling leave management, employee queries, sick leave nuances, maternity/paternity leave, and monitoring usage Maintaining accurate employee records Drafting letters for pay changes, promotions, contract updates, leavers, probation extensions, and secondments Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information Onboarding and Offboarding
Supporting all aspects of onboarding and offboarding processes  Compensation and Benefits
Managing monthly payroll and ensuring accurate pay and benefits information in collaboration with the finance team Administering compensation and benefits plans, including renewals and monthly administration Providing guidance on benefits available to employees  Recruitment
Assisting with talent acquisition and recruitment processes Acting as the primary point of contact for employees in the region  Employee Support
Advising employees on HR matters, including leave, pay, policies, and procedures, and escalating to the Head of HR when necessary Resolving employee concerns and ensuring updates are provided to the Head of HR Reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures Staying up to date with changes in employment law and HR-related issues  Data Management and Systems
Managing and maintaining the HR system to ensure data accuracy Analysing HR metrics such as exits, engagement, gender, pay gaps, and DEI Generating reports for functions including finance and strategic project Other Responsibilities
