The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to extending job offers, while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and business unit partners to deeply understand talent needs, representing recruitment in project calls and meetings, and driving strategies to enhance hiring outcomes.
As a key player in talent acquisition, TA Specialist spearheads process improvement initiatives, optimize hiring processes, and elevate employer branding efforts. A core focus of this role is delivering an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining a competitive and diverse talent pipeline to meet evolving business demands.
Accountabilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.Administer online exams and assists candidates in filling out online application via Workday.Conduct HR interviews for rank-and-file roles, assessing candidates’ suitability and alignment with the business’ requirements.Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.Discuss job offer and ensures completion and compliance of pre-employment requirements aligned with list of documents where the role is mainly responsible to collect.Promote the company to potential candidates, developing innovative strategies to enhance talent pipelines and attract top talent.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across local operations and business units to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.Ensure key metrics are consistently met.Qualifications:
