Position Summary: HR Analyst

The HR Analyst is passionate about delivery of the day-to-day activities of a country within the EMEA Shared Service Centre. They ensure quality of service and operational performance by working within the HRSS detailed processes and working with appropriate metrics and dashboards. They will bring up questions and issues to the Team Leader on centre-supported services such as Benefits, HR policies & procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver first line support for all HR queries across the spectrum of the employee lifecycle from new hires to employees leaving the business - including:

All employee related administration for HR processesHandles employee enquiries in the Case Management system with the goal to ensure a high customer happiness and work in line with the service level agreements.Maintain information, resources, manuals and policies for assigned countriesDeliver HR support in accordance with local employment legislationEnsure administrative compliance with local regulations and authoritiesSupport local HR group with ad-hoc requestParticipate in business/ functional projects as requiredResponsible for the accurate filing and storing of employee data according to the respective data protection requirements

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Shared service experience with expertise in ticketing systemsBasic understanding of Human Resources programs, practices and regulations/legal requirementsAbility to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality resultsAbility to maintain a positive approach.Ability to communicate well in a diverse work environment and deliver excellent customer care is importantPossess good listening skills and perseverance to work with all types of employeesGood organizational and time management skillsProcess improvement skills (desirable but not crucial)Experience with Time & Attendance and absence management systems is an advantageExperience with HR database platforms (Workday) is a plus.Proficiency in Italian and English is crucial.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
