How will you make an impact?
Through close collaboration with Thermo Fisher partners, the HR Analyst understands and translates customer needs into recommended end-to-end solutions applying our HR technology and process landscape. Part of the HR Operations platform and the HR Service Enablement team, this role is critical in helping the HR function and the HR Shared Services organization meet strategic goals to enable the business by implementing targeted improvements to our service delivery operations, technology, and processes. The focus of this role is to help drive productivity and scalability of our service delivery model and work towards an outstanding experience for our customers. Excellent analytical, project and process leadership skills will ensure successful implementations and sustained operations.
As an HR Analyst, you will provide day-to-day support to Thermo Fisher’s HR Shared Service organization as well as across HR Platforms/Centers of Excellence (predominantly Payroll) and regions by advising on, and facilitating, the management and evolution of our Payroll Roadmap and how this impacts case management, chat and other service delivery processes, functionalities and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, IT or related fieldExperienced organization and planning skills with solid attention to detail, ability to work independentlyGood social and consultative skillsProficient verbal and written communication in addition to excellent listening skills5+ years Human Resources, HR Shared Services, HR Consulting, HR Operations, or IT related experienceConsistent track record of supporting systems and processes, preferably in a large, global sophisticated organizationKnowledge of ServiceNow HR functionalitiesKnowledge of Workday functionalities, especially Absence & Time offAbility to work multi-functionally with a matrixed team of experts across functions and business groupsAttention to detailStrong customer service and stakeholder leadership skillsConflict resolution and problem-solving skillsIn-depth diagnosis, decisioning, and analytical skills required, including a detailed understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirementsAbility to handle change effectively, always mindful of technology and business implicationsProject management skills preferredWorkday HCM, or other HR systems experience preferred
