Position Title: HR Analyst Org Management Reports to Title: Coordinator HR Services MX & LATAM Dept. / Function: GBS HR Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco * Summary:* Responsible for the personnel administration in Mexico and Central America, through the maintenance and effective update of the employee information in the internal administration systems, in order with the objective to complying with the current legal regulations and guarantee the correct application of human resources processes; develop and implement new processes & improvements with cost and time impact. * Responsibilities:* * Responsible for maintaining the employee information in HR systems of the company, ensuring be the same in SF, SAP, OP, in addition working with the Mgr's Business Unit to ensure the accurate and safe information, making changes in organizational structures, promotions and salary adjustments, complying with legal requirements, maintaining physical evidence (employee file). Tracking process for the correct payment of biweekly and weekly payroll. Recommend, develop, and implement new personnel administration processes, obtaining efficiencies in management and service. Work with recruitment area to ensure the hire of new employees to the company. Induction of benefits and HR systems for new employees. * Benefit of Social Security responsible, ensuring each employee based on the company movements, that include new hires, terminations and pay adjustments, must be reported to IMSS complying with legal requirements (affiliation movements) ensuring the services in a timely manner to employees, avoiding government institution demands. * Coordination of entire termination process for professional employees, working with the areas involved to obtain the necessary information for their accurate execution in time and form; in addition, service to requests for legal letters and labor references to other companies. * Savings platform administration responsible that include, retirement, caja de ahorro, saving fund, relationships with vendors to solve operational issues; in addition, report employee movements (hires, terminations, dependents) for medical and life insurance benefit. * Bank account registration in SAP and change types of account, explain and request the employees the importance of the bank account, make the necessary records in different systems of the company and legal, to ensure the type of pay in time. * Coordination of the process for the transport administration, weekly meetings with our supplier, bus routes, request payments of his services in time. * Coordination of the process for food services administration, weekly meetings with our supplier, customer surveys, request payments of his services in time. * Personnel attention to any issue or general inquiry for our employees in in site or by our AskHr platform. * Specific knowledge:* 1. Processes of Human Resources and Personnel Administration 2. HR Systems Administration (Success Factors / SAP) 3. Ley Federal del Trabajo, IMSS, Payroll, compensation, and benefits * Skills and abilities:* * Conversational business English – C1 * Ability to multitask different activities * Ability to prioritize work * Ley Federal del Trabajo and IMSS knowledge (basic - intermediate) * Attention and customer service * Analytical and synthesis capacity * Analysis and problem solving * Project management * Excel advanced * Education: * BS Degree on Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Administration and/or related. * Experience: * 2-3 years in administration of HR, Personnel Administration and HR Systems, analysis and managing information to obtain HR metrics. #LI-JS1 #LI-Hybrid
