The HR Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role plays a critical part in providing insights into key HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy, and developing reports to help leaders drive impactful HR strategies in a global, fast-paced environment.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

Data Management and reporting

Gather, process, and validate HR data from various systems (Qualtrics, Datasphere, SAP,...) Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, diversity, and employee engagement.

 

Analytics and insights

Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in workforce data. Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and present findings to HR and business leaders. Support predictive analytics initiatives to anticipate workforce needs and drive proactive HR strategies.

 

Collaboration with stakeholders

Partner with HR and business leaders to define data requirements and reporting needs. Support HR teams in interpreting data and utilizing insights for decision-making. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and reporting tools.

 

System and tool optimization:

Identify opportunities to enhance HR systems and data processes for improved efficiency. Stay updated on emerging HR technology and analytics tools to recommend innovations.

 

Trainning and knowledge sharing:

Train HR teams and business leaders on the use of dashboards and data tools. Develop materials to improve data literacy across the organization.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics role within a multinational environment or consultancy firm. Skills:

            Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

            Experience with HR systems.

            Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.

            Excellent in problem-solving to convey complex data insights.

Competencies:

           Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

           Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

           A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. 

           Culturally aware and able to collaborate across diverse teams. 

           Strong analytical mindset.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
