What you can look forward to as HR and admin Generalist:

Execute all HR transactions and administrative processes, including: Payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. HRIS Maintenance, regularly input and update employee data in the HRIS system, including personal information, contract terms, and benefits details. Policy Compliance and Implementation, define and implement internal HR practices that align with labor laws and organizational policies. HR Projects and Initiatives,support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance management initiatives. Ad-Hoc Administrative Operations Support, provide support for general office administrative tasks, and coordination office events, and training sessions.


Your Profile as HR and admin Generalist:

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (HRM) or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. Proven track record in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Skills Preferred: Multi-Tasking, Problem-Solving, Detail-Oriented, Interpersonal Skills, Relationship Buildin
