A medical group in west Austin is looking to bring on an HR and Recruiting Coordinator! This is a fully onsite M-F role and salary is roughly $60-70k depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.Collaborate with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates.Support a positive company culture and employee experience.Manage employee records and ensure HR compliance.Address HR-related concerns and assist with policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills.Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR systems.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Bachelor's degree and HR experience preferred.Experience with Paylocity is a plus but not required.
