HR Apprentice with Spanish
Poznań, Poland
Major Purpose This job is to be used for salaried positions outside of the US/Canada. Positions mapped to this job are used for special apprentice programs for salaried employees (e.g. the Bachelor of Arts program in German units, which takes 3 years). The employees typically start the program right after high school. They get a contract with the company that covers the whole apprentice program period. The participants of this program require a position in SAP in order to be on the company's payroll. Employment stops at the end of the contract.Major Duties Skills, Abilities, Knowledge
Your responsibilities:
Assisting HR Operations team with daily operational routines and administrative tasks: benefits administration, HR system updates, employee development, training courses Providing support to the HR teams across the EMEA Region with the focus on Spain Preparing the process documentation based on the gained knowledge and keeping documentation up to date Participating in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation
Our requirements:
Currently a student pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree Willingness and high motivation to develop in HR A good communicator in English, who thrives on working in a global team environment Spanish language skills (min. B1 level) Excellent organizational skills Ability to be flexible and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
