HR Assistant, Europe

Temporary position - 6 months

Summary:

The person is responsible for providing overall HR administrative support for Europe region. This position reports to the Director of HR for Europe region and will interact with all levels of staff in the assigned territory.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to HR Europe Team for tasks related to employee’s life cycle (contracts, addendums, acknowledgement letters, etc.. ) Working closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams in reaching out to candidates and agencies for interview arrangements and setting up interviews accordingly Managing administrative onboarding for the assigned territory (IT access, gathering employees’ documents, updating HRIS) Monitoring and updating leave trackers and systems for the region Supporting HR Europe Team on ad hoc projects Submitting various declarations and reports to different providers and administrations Maintaining and updating employees’ personal files

 

Requirements:

Commercial degree and/ or HR certification  1-2 years of experience in an HR Admin role, ideally for an international or a multicultural company             Fluent in French and English, any other European language is a strong asset Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Well-organized, flexible, meticulous, able to handle sensitive information and willing to learn Previous experience on a HRIS is a plus
