HR Assistant | Project Documentation

The HR Assistant is responsible for providing and sending documentation related to projects that need to be delivered to clients. The primary function of this role is to maintain workflow by sending documents to clients via their portals and email. Additionally, the HR Assistant will include information in spreadsheets, manage controls, and organize filing folders. This position involves handling highly confidential and sensitive information daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide and send labor documentation through portals or email. Organize and separate documentation according to requests. Assist with backlog or special projects as needed or directed. Coordinate data and information in spreadsheets. Screen phone calls, take clear and complete messages, and direct calls to the appropriate individual. Meeting with internal and external clients. 

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred, but not required. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or secretary, with a minimum of two years’ experience in Human Resources.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be skillful in the use of various PC software programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).  Must have strong organizational skills. Must have effective verbal and written communications skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of employees and outside clients in a professional and business-like manner. Must have the ability to deal with deadlines Ability to prioritize workload and handle assignments simultaneously as may be required. Must have the ability to handle multitasking Ability to obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System. Knowledge about SIFAC, Deloitte Portal and similar will be an advantage.

Reporting Relationships:

Reports to a Manager level.
