Our team has an immediate opening for a HR Assistant. The team is responsible for the centralization and automation of manual tasks required to hire our hourly workforce. You will perform administrative, repeatable tasks daily as well as perform quality audits of our outsourced vendor also performing administrative, repeatable tasks. This could be backend terminations or just general reporting on hires/terminations, etc. Specific responsibilities include:

Manage and own daily tasks from start to finish.Escalate issues with either the process or tools required to complete the tasks Perform quality audits of our outsourced vendors.Facility reporting and communications to our broad team (including leadership).Apply good judgement to ambiguous scenarios when the path ahead is not clear.Think big to drive process and product improvements on behalf of WFS and our candidates.Be a liaison between our field teams and our centralized support service.Responsible for importing and exporting data within various software platforms, including Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Manage all backend processes related to application creation and candidate compliance information, collaborating closely with the internal team.Handle sensitive information and documents, such as Social Security Numbers (SSN), dates of birth (DOB), and driver's license (DL) numbers, with strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.Utilize Excel extensively on a daily basis, including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, to analyze and organize HR data effectively.Develop and maintain data management systems and processes to ensure efficient handling of HR information and streamline workflows.Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or inaccuracies, maintaining data integrity and reliability.Assist in the development and improvement of data management procedures and policies, implementing best practices for data security and privacy.Perform quality audits of our outsourced vendors.Facility reporting and communications to our broad team (including leadership).Apply good judgement to ambiguous scenarios when the path ahead is not clear.Think big to drive process and product improvements on behalf of WFS and our candidates.Be a liaison between our field teams and our centralized support services.Requirements:
We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and a team player with a solid work ethic. You must possess excellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates.The ideal candidate will be a problem solver able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.You will be expected to have great organizational skills and attention to detail be able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. You must be flexible able to change direction quickly - comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity.The Best candidate will have a solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment - ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.Previous recruiting coordinator experience or equivalent required. Team player solid work ethic willing to pitch in where needed.Scheduling experience is highly desired. Previous work in reception customer service and/or coordinating is a plus.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
