HR Assistant
Description Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual looking to build or grow your career in human resources? Robert Half is seeking a proactive and motivated HR Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing organization's HR department and contribute to their mission of driving organizational success. Key Responsibilities: + Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. + Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. (Source: SG25 US Human Resources.docx) + Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring a smooth integration for employees. + Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, company policies, and HR procedures in a courteous and professional manner. + Help process payroll by tracking employee hours and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies. + Coordinate training programs, workshops, and other employee development initiatives. + Assist in organizing company events, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities. + Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation. Requirements Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred. + Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus but not required. + Familiarity with HR software such as Workday, Paycom, or ADP is a strong advantage.
