HR Assistant

Job Summary:

Provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department.


Responsibilities:

Provides the related support for recruitment program.Organizes and coordinates the benefits related activities and help HR Leader conduct related administrative work. Handles general internal and external affairs.Administers disciplinary matters in accordance with the company policy.Management of Travel, transportations, cafeteria and meeting related activities.Provides full support and assistance to HR/Admin function as necessary.Performs other duties as assigned.


Skills Requirements:

Administrative experience required. Experience working in HR or related field, preferred.


Education Requirements:

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.


Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
