Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Timekeeping

Collection of attendance every cut-off Accurate checking of attendance complete with attachments and approval of department heads Submission of attendance summary to the payroll master Posting of attendance

2. Benefits

Preparation of SSS, pagibig and Philhealth contributions for submission to the different government agencies every month. Processing of claims and reimbursements to all government agencies Processing of terminal pay of separated employees

3. On Recruitment

Performs efficient sourcing, scheduling, screening, of all applicants. Conducts initial interview and test administration Timely deployment of personnel request Prepares appointment paper, employee clearance, and certificate of employment Prepares the 201 files of employees Maintains files of applicants’ pool with completed requirements.
