We are seeking an HR Associate to join our team to assist with recruitment and EHS initiatives.\n
Responsibilities\n
Recruitment\n\nAssist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.\nCoordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.\nConduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).\nAssist in organizing career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruiting activities as needed.\n\n
Environmental Health and Safety\n\nSupport EHS compliance initiatives by assisting with inspections, audits, and incident investigations.\nMaintain EHS documentation and records, ensuring they are current and accessible.\nAssist in the development and implementation of EHS training programs for employees.\nCollaborate with EHS officers to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.\nMonitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures as necessary to ensure compliance.\nParticipate in EHS committee meetings and contribute to discussions on safety improvements.\n\n
Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\nKnowledge of EHS regulations and best practices is a plus.\n\n
