The HR Assistant will support our Human Resources department in its daily activities. The right candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources, along with general administrative responsibilities. The role involves assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. This role offers a hybrid work model, which includes both in-person and remote work. Responsibilities: + Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development + Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements + Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, and issuing employment contracts + Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc) + Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) + Address employee queries about benefits (like number of vacation days they're eligible for) + Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position + Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular) + Basic knowledge of labor laws + Excellent organizational skills + Strong communications skills + Degree in Human Resources or related field Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
