Company-wide employee engagement programs from conceptualizing, development, communication, and execution, such as but not limited to employee events, rewards, recognition, training, and other employee activities
Ensure that HR activities are aligned to the business goals of the Company
Review and analyze post-event data and recommend improvements in future HR engagement initiatives
Drafts and administers social media communication platforms (employee Facebook Group) to encourage employee engagement online
Performs other duties as assigned
