Maintain, update, and safe-keep the 201 file (hardcopy and softcopy).
Receive Vacation or Sick Leave applications and monitor, track, and compute for earned and used Leave Credits.
Assist in onboarding in terms of enrolling in the biometrics system.
Prepare and process the monthly attendance report of all employees, which includes tagging of applied leaves and holidays, computing of lates, undertime, and excess absences that are subject to salary deduction.
Prepare and process the OT Meal and Transportation Allowance and check late OT filings against the previously submitted reports to ensure that there will be no duplicates in terms of allowances.
Prepare and submit agency hires’ DTR, check billings, and prepare RFP; coordinate with Admin should there be any timekeeping-related concerns from the agency hires.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of company events / functions such as Christmas Party, Team Building, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
