Midwest Health is looking for an entry level, detail-oriented, Human Resources Assistant, whose main responsibility will be assisting with the maintenance of our HR/Payroll system. This position will be responsible for reviewing data and ensuring new hire information is flowing over accurately from our on-boarding platform. Other responsibilities will include processing background checks on new hires within our Kansas locations, assisting the payroll department after payroll is processed with payment advice filing, and other duties as assigned.
To be successful in the position, you should have an excellent attendance record and the ability to adapt to change and growth within our company. You should also have strong interpersonal skills, be able to maintain reliable records, and collaborate with other departments.
