Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be a member of the HR team for Electrification. Each day, you will support the Plant Operations Manager and HRBP in ensuring that the framework, governance, and metrics are in place to support HR action plans. You will also showcase your expertise by driving continuous improvement activities across the function.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role contributes to the Electrification business area in Bella Vista, Tucuman. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSupporting the execution of the HR operations strategy in partnership with the business area Plant Operations Manager and HR Business Partner (HRBP).•\tSupporting HRIS implementation and management, including Operations Management / data management.•\tDriving continuous improvement activities across the business and HR community related to HR processes, practices, HR operations governance, data, and tools from end-to-end and customer perspective.•\tPartnering in the development and implementation of both new and/or modified HR programs and processes in the business.Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, collaborative team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleDegree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.You have 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, and labor relations.Ability to demonstrate your experience in payroll management (not mandatory).You are at ease communicating in intermediate to advanced English.You have a passion for being proactive, maintaining enthusiasm, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
