HR Assistant

 

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a high energy, employee focused, hands-on HR Assistant to join our team in Tulsa, OK.  This position’s primary responsibility will be Employee Relations, Human Resources basic processes and will also include other  assigned HR functions. 

 

What you will be doing:

Daily customer service-style interaction with all employees  Guiding applicants through direct-hire process coordinating interviews with potential hourly candidates with managers & Supervisors Data entry, including W4 changes, direct deposit changes, payroll deductions, etc.  Monthly reporting requirements. Ensure all temps are entered into the system and update employment status as needed. Conduct communication meetings in manufacturing environment  Assure compliance with all division and corporate policies/procedures.

 

 

The skills and experience you need:

Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. Excellent attention to detail is required. Strong Communication Skills  Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills.

 

 

This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
