This position requires one day a week on site at La Défense and the rest of the week off-site.
ACTIVITIES:
Mission context
The objective of this team is to logistically prepare the departure of employees from the La Défense and Pau perimeters, either for a permanent departure (end of fixed-term contracts, retirement...) or for mobility (return from expatriation, departure on expatriation, mobility...).
We estimate the volume of these movements at 3,000 per year.
Objectives and deliverables
The mission will be to ensure the implementation of the various steps planned for the departure or mobility of a company employee:
- ? File management, using a dedicated application
? Analysis of a movement form and recommendation of the type of communication and process
? Contacts with the employee and the Company's various internal stakeholders
The role of an offboarding officer is essential to support the employee in the best possible conditions. Discussions will take place in French and English.
This position requires one day a week on site at La Défense and the rest of the week off-site.

English, IT skills (an integrated tool will be deployed for the project), good interpersonal skills, good organization and autonomy.
