HUGO BOSS Benelux B.V. is for the HR department at the head office in Amsterdam currently looking for a motivated and passionate HR assistant Benelux for 36 up to 40 hours a week. We offer a challenging job in an enthusiastic company with the possibility to further develop yourself.

As a HR Assistant Benelux, you will work at the HR department in our Amsterdam office and support the Benelux HR department  in the operational field. You are responsible for the administration of the day to day HR activities and recruitment. Your tasks consist of the following:
\n 

 

What you can expect:

\n\tResponsible for the correct administrative tasks for the Benelux region (inflow and outflow). This includes, but is not limited to drafting employee contracts, keeping the personnel systems up-to-date and taking care of all relevant correspondence, assist the line managers with probation periods, end of contracts, etc.;\n\tFirst responder shared HR phoneline and Benelux email addresses;\n\tInvoice management: primarily for NL, but BeLux is not excluded;\n\tResponsible for Temper (online flexible professionals platform);\n\tResponsible for the first line in the recruitment and selection process, excluding the interviews;\n\tSupport & refer the various managers to the correct HR representative regarding specific areas including but not limited to, absenteeism, collective labor agreements and labor conditions;\n\tResponsible for the  monthly HR reporting;\n\tTaking minutes in several meetings;\n\tAny other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Your profile:

\n\tA relevant college (HBO or MBO+) degree;\n\tProven HR Administration & Recruitment experience. Experience in the Benelux region is a plus;\n\tLanguage skills: Dutch and English. French language is not a must, but it can be a plus;\n\tWillingness to travel - approx. once per quarter, to our office in Antwerp;\n\tProficient in MS Office;\n\tHands-on experience with an HRIS;\n\tSAP experience is a plus;\n\tExcellent time and organization skills;\n\tStrong communication skills;\n\tTeam player;\n\tFlexible and able to adapt.\n
