DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source and pool direct labor applicants (Staff, Motorpool, Skilled workers and / or Laborers).

- Conduct the initial screening of direct labor worker candidates.

- Endorse the pre-screened applicants for trade testing and interview with the Foreman and Area Manager.

- Regularly provide updates on direct labor hiring

- Facilitate project employment contract issuance to qualified candidates

- Ensure candidates submit pre-employment requirements, and undergo onboarding and safety orientation.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate of any 4-year course

- At least one (1) year experience in construction project site recruitment is an advantage
