DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source and pool direct labor applicants (Staff, Motorpool, Skilled workers and / or Laborers).

- Conduct the initial screening of direct labor worker candidates.

- Endorse the pre-screened applicants for trade testing and interview with the Foreman and Area Manager.

- Regularly provide updates on direct labor hiring

- Facilitate project employment contract issuance to qualified candidates

- Ensure candidates submits pre-employment requirements, undergo onboarding and safety orientation.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate of BS Psychology / BS Human Resource Development Management / BS Behavioural Science or any related course

- Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, tile setters, etc.

- Must be willing to be assigned at our project site in Cebu

- Candidate must also be willing to undergo training at our Head Office in Bangkal, Makati for 2-3 months
