HR Assistant / General Service
HR Specialist Responsibilities: + Execute recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. + Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs. + Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. + Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. + Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
