DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Data Analytics
1.1. Collate, interpret, analyze, and reports management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations
2. Records and Information Management
2.1. Accurate, complete and timely updating of employee records (such as but not limited to update of employee information profile, Transfers, Separation, Re-hire, Realignment, Structural Increase, Regularization and Merit Increase, Promotion etc.)
2.2. Review & validation of 201 file hard copy vs. soft copy file within 48 hours upon onboarding of employee and ensure details of contract are encoded in People Core/HRMIS & compiled in 201 file
2.3. Informs department heads of the resigning employee and guides the employee on the processing of employee clearance.
2.4. Monitor & process new contracts of existing and incoming consultants at least 1 month prior contract expiration.
2.5. Safekeeping of contracts, last pay, final pay, quitclaim or other legal documents as may be required by internal or external audits or DOLE inspections.
2.6. Create and distribute Notice of Personnel Action for any employee movement (eg: transfers, merit increase, regularization increase)
3. Payroll and Benefits Related Tasks
3.1. Process, monitor and credit last Pay for assistant managers and above, COE and ITR of resigning employees
4. HR Administrative Tasks
4.1. Coordinates for meDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Psychology / BS Human Resource Development Management / BS Behavioral Science or any related course At least 1 year of experience in Records Management Ability to pay attention on vast crucial details and achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks. Knowledgeable and has experience with data analytics Knowledgeable about creating reports and presentations Must be willing to work at our Head Office in Bangkal, Makatieting arrangements and prepares minutes of the meeting, if attendee.4.2. 4.3. Keep updated and communicate/cascade to HR in any policies relating to Records or Data Privacy.
