HR Assistant Talent Acquisition Contractual

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website). Screen resumes and applications; shortlist candidates based on job fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Conduct initial HR interviews and provide feedback to HR personnel in-charge and hiring managers. Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and ensure up to date recruitment data. Facilitate pre-employment processes including reference checks and background verifications. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions. Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for HR leadership. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
