Pay: $17-$19 hour (+ excellent benefits upon conversion)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: West Tulsa

Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including completing required documentation and guiding them through company policies and procedures.
- Assist employees with enrolling in company benefits and answering any related questions.
- Manage leaves of absence, including processing claims for medical or workers??? compensation leave.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring they are complete and compliant with legal and company standards.
- Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate payroll processing, including deductions, bonuses, and other adjustments.
- Keep the OSHA injury log up-to-date and ensure adherence to safety and company guidelines.
- Manage the termination process for employees, ensuring the completion of tasks such as returning uniforms and processing final insurance deductions.
- Collect timesheets and payroll data, confirming accuracy and ensuring timely payroll processing.
- Update employee payroll records for any changes, including updates to personal information or benefits.
- Prepare HR and payroll reports as needed for management and compliance purposes.
- Calculate payroll liabilities, including taxes and employer contributions to social security, unemployment, and worker???s compensation.
- Respond promptly to payroll inquiries, maintaining confidentiality throughout all payroll functions.
- Ensure the company???s HR and payroll operations align with internal policies as well as federal and state regulations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1-4 years

Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in human resources or a related field, with a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and converse in Spanish.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact well with employees at all levels.
- High attention to detail and a dependable nature, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with wage withholding orders and related procedures.
- Accurate data entry skills and a keen eye for precision.
- Ability to quickly resolve payroll issues and address employee concerns in a timely manner.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain focused under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
