Summary: Seeking a Human Resources Associate for direct support in HR-related transactions and documentation.
Requirements:
BS in Business Administration with Human Resources emphasis or related field Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Minimal 1-3 years of experience or relevant internship experiencePreferred Skills:
Ability to learn processes and systems quicklyResponsibilities:
Monitor general HR email box and create HR cases Assign cases to appropriate Consultants Support employees, HR groups, and management with HR-related transactions Respond to requests about HR policies/programs Route employee requests for additional information Process paper/electronic forms for HR activities (onboarding, evaluations, benefits, terminations) Input employee data into HRIS databasePay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
