**Job Overview** This role is an integral part of the HR team within the Country Human Resources Function. In close collaboration with HR and Country Operations Leadership, as an embedded HR partner with focus on Emiratization, related regulations and compliance. The Human Resources Associate works closely with Line Management to anticipate, plan, advise on & execute key nationalization targets and deliverables. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about company and business units, business plans, culture and competition.
