The Challenge

She/he will oversee all HR administration matters including contracts, addendums, benefits, insurances, input data for Workday HR systems, input data for payroll, and other related duties as assigned.

The position entails

You will join our HR Team and will report directly to ???? Accessible to all employees and contractors of the Brussels Head Office. Support in Works Council. Cooperation with Finance for reporting on Headcounts and budget planning (AOP). Cooperation with third parties: SD Worx, Sodexo, AG Insurance, ALD Leasing company, Liantis, Osborne & Clarke

Your main responsibilities

Manage overall employee administration, contracts, ensure correct payroll by the social secretariat and assure compliance with legislation.Collaborate with finance and finalise HR Budget.Talent acquisition as per business need.Manage benefits (mobility, fleet, hospitalization & group insurance, meal vouchers, eco-chèques etc) develop guidelines & policies.First point of contact for all colleagues on their personal files and comp & ben related matters and advise management and HR colleagues.Disciplinary management in collaboration with line managers.Participate in the set-up, review, and implementation of our reward strategy (salary structure, criteria, benchmarking, compensation process, bonus & incentive plans.Drive other HR projects together with colleagues such as onboarding & offboarding of employees, sales incentive plan etc.

What do you bring?

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor in Business, HR, Law, or related fieldsMinimum of 2- 3 years relevant experienceGood knowledge of Belgian social legislationExperienced in (SD Worx) and Workday (HRIS)

SKILLS

Fluent in French, Dutch and EnglishExcellent communication skillsExcellent computer skills: Office 365; payroll software (eBlox); HR systems (Workday)Ability to analyse data, run reports, and provide requested informationAble to work independentlyAble to work with ambiguity and in a changing business environmentAbility to develop strong relationships based on mutual trustA hands-on personality, with a proactive approachA result and improvement-oriented mindset
