Job Overview

This role is an integral part of the HR team within the Country Human Resources Function. In close collaboration with HR and Country Operations Leadership, as an embedded HR partner with focus on Emiratization, related regulations and compliance. The Human Resources Associate works closely with Line Management to anticipate, plan, advise on & execute key nationalization targets and deliverables. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about company and business units, business plans, culture and competition. Responsible for a variety of HR duties as needed to include, but not limited to HR generalist responsibilities, talent acquisition, employee relations,  compensation, performance management, workforce planning and talent management.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate leadership, ethical behavior, and adherence to Weatherford's standards at all times Provide guidance and coaching on HR policies and procedures Conduct exit interviews and make recommendations for continuous improvement Support priorities and requirements with cross-functional teams based on business and resource needs Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office tools Experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Engagement Confident decision-maker with the ability to challenge managers when required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a collaborative mindset

Requirements

As part of Weatherford's commitment to Emiratization project, we require UAE Nationals for this role with a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience and a University/College degree.
