What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Assists the HR Manager in all HR tasks as assigned
Keeps track of employee’s attendance to check employees who have attendance problems and provides counseling
Prepares Notice to Explain (NTE) for employees who allegedly violates the company policies such as but not limited to Code of Conduct, Workforce Policy, IT Policy, WFM
Assists in the conduct of Administrative Hearings
Drafts decisions of WFM and Attendance cases for light offenses
Assists HR Officer in settling employee grievances and ensures both sides are heard
Assists HR Officer in the planning and execution of all company activities, events and programs
Processes exit clearance and conducts exit interviews
Processes Return to Work Order and Notice of Separation for employees who went on AWOL
Facilitates the discussion of the Company policies in the orientation of newly hired employees
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any HR related course
Must have at least 1 year experience as Human Resources Assistant particularly on labor relations
Must have a working knowledge on Labor laws especially on procedural due process
Preferably knowledgeable on all facets of HR
Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be a good negotiator
Must be trustworthy and able to maintain company and employee information confidentiality
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Must be pro-active in providing suggestions to improve current processes or work
