  ABOUT THE ROLE 
As HR Associate you will build relationships with employees and managers in your assigned region, acting as their go-to resource for workplace knowledge, guidance, and support. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and is based in our Downtown Boston office. We are currently on a hybrid schedule requiring at least two days per week in the office and remaining days eligible for remote work.

ABOUT YOUR IMPACT  Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations Support employees and their management team in navigating work injuries and leaves of absence with empathy Perform check-ins with new hires and their managers to provide support and/or address concerns Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and continually improve the workplace Provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices Welcome new hires to the company by hosting our virtual new hire HR orientation meetings Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries Assist with non-complex employee relations issues 
ABOUT YOU  2-4 years of relevant HR experience Familiarity with state and federal leave laws Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills  Strong attention to detail Ability to juggle competing priorities Comfort with computers, Microsoft Office products, and HRIS Ability to work both independently and as part of a team College degree preferred but not required SHRM-CP or PHR preferred but not required
