| The Opportunity
 

Our HR Associate in Netflix Korea will play an integral role in supporting the Head of HR and HR Business Partners while driving the full cycle of HR initiatives for both Netflix Korea and Eyeline Studios Korea. This position offers the opportunity to manage diverse HR programs, working closely with HR team members across multiple countries. You will need to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, exercising sound judgment while managing multiple projects and priorities. We're seeking a proactive, self-motivated individual who is passionate about HR, with strong communication skills and a curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving.

| Responsibilities

Support the Head of HR and HRBPs by coordinating and implementing various business-facing HR programs, including culture sessions, team interventions, and employee surveys working closely with cross-functional HR Teams 

Participate in providing operational support in the execution of global HR agendas such as learning and development, compensation, inclusion strategy, etc

Provide bespoke people leader training sessions and deliver localized onboarding programs

Conduct data analysis and support people data management in partnership with various HR functions in different regions 

Manage end-to-end logistics and administrative tasks for the HR team including company meetings, team meetings, offsites, health and safety, and team events 

Manage the onboarding, evaluation, and administration of vendors to support the diverse HR needs of various stakeholders

Liaise with global HR team partners and cross-functional business partners, both internal and external

Maintain adaptability and a willingness to undertake additional tasks and projects as needed or assigned

| Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of HR generalist experience in a global company

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Strong communication skills to speak and write in both English and Korean

Experience designing and delivering L&D sessions in a global context is a plus

Strong data analytics skills and program management experience are highly desirable

Discretion and capability to maintain confidential information

Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively in team-oriented and cross-functional environments
