What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.  

Identifying potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, employee referrals, and etc. 

Reviewing applications and resumes to assess if candidates meet the basic qualifications for the job. 

Conducting phone, video, or in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and the qualities they're looking for in a candidate. 

Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact with candidates to extending job offers. This includes scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating salaries. 

Developing relationships with potential candidates and maintaining a database of qualified professionals for future job openings. 

Promoting job openings and the company's employer brand to attract top talent. 

Assisting with the onboarding process by coordinating with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 

Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and the quality of hire, to improve the recruitment process. 

 

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.  

Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any HR related course  

Must have at least 2 years experience  in recruiting or HR, preferably in a similar industry 

Understanding of recruitment processes, employment laws, and best practices. 

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. 

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 

Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
