The Talent Acquisition Associate – Sorucing will assist in identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates to fill various roles within the organization. This position plays a critical role in building a pipeline of qualified talent and supporting the overall recruitment process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about talent acquisition strategies. 

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media platforms, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates. 

Assist in creating and managing talent pools for current and future job openings. 

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open roles. 

Reach out to potential candidates through emails, phone calls, and social media messages to gauge interest and availability. 

Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information. 

Track and manage candidate interactions and follow-up actions in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 

Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date. 

Monitor the performance of job postings and suggest optimizations for better visibility. 

Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the requirements of open positions and align sourcing strategies accordingly. 

Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines. 

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks to stay informed and competitive. 

Provide insights on candidate availability and sourcing challenges. 

Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. 

Support other recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed. 

Stay updated on best practices in sourcing and recruitment. 

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sourcing skills and knowledge. 

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.  

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

Must have at least 1 year of Recruitment experience, preferably in sourcing. 

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques is a plus. 

Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards. 

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of ATS tools. 

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
