As a HR / Benefits Administrator you will be in charge of the administration of benefits for Dayton Freight employees.
Responsibilities Maintains personnel files in regards to benefitsMaintain employee benefits area in HRIS systemAudit benefits insurance eligibility filesUpdate employee website with benefit informationAssist with Annual Open Enrollment of employee benefitsAdminister 401(k) weekly deduction & monthly reconciliationTrack 401(k) eligibility monthly for status changesBalance HSA deposits monthly and annuallyAdminister Cobra InsuranceGenerate 1095-C information monthlyPrepare billing reports for various departments/ vendersSend Employee and Employer H.S.A. depositsProvide support and education to employees regarding benefit questions/issues Qualifications Detail OrientedAbility to multitaskTeam player with a positive attitudeGood communication skillsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to handle confidential matters with discretionPrevious Benefits/ HR experience is a plus Benefits Stable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payProfessional, positive and people-centered work environmentFast-paced work environmentComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days Options Click here to apply for this jobApplyEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
