The purpose of this role is to support essential benefit efforts for researching and cataloging Church Employee benefits throughout the world, requiring senior professional knowledge.

Employees at this level work under minimal supervision, have comprehensive working knowledge, including knowledge of standard HR systems and tools, and can handle concurrent projects.

This role reports to Senior Manager, Global HR Benefits with frequent partnerships with the Human Resource Department leaders and Area leaders and teams, COEs, and external vendors.

This is a time-bound position and will last no longer than October of 2027.
