HR Benefits Professional

We’re seeking an HR Benefits Professional – Central Eastern Europe and Central Asia (CEECA) to lead benefits programs across Central Eastern Europe and Central Asia.  Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage benefits roadmap, administration, and service providers across assigned CEECA countries, aligning with regional and global total rewards teams.Conduct market benchmarking with insurance brokers to ensure competitive, compliant, and strategic benefits offerings.Oversee benefits portfolio, including annual reviews, implementation, and stakeholder/vendor coordination.Lead annual review and renewal processes for employee insurance, ensuring compliance with legislative and global guidelines.Manage local pension plan implementation and coordinate related activities with actuaries, pension committees, and plan design changes.Collaborate with EHS teams to design and implement regional/local health & wellbeing programs aligned with global strategy.Oversee internal/external service providers and key stakeholders.Drive digitalization projects for benefits/pensions delivery and contribute regional expertise to global initiatives.Ensure benefits data accuracy, process optimization, and regulatory compliance.Support local management and employees on benefits-related matters.Represent Siemens Healthineers in expert communities and support M&A activities, including divestments and integrations.

Candidate Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience in managing employee benefits, especially insurable benefits and pension programs, preferably in the healthcare sector with Sales, Customer Service, extensive Research & Development (R&D), Manufacturing, and Shared servicesExperience as a Benefits professional in an international environmentAbility to develop and implement strategic benefits guidelines focused on business needsExcellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels, particularly at the leadership levelFluent English, knowledge of German or other European languages is an advantageProficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience working in a complex matrix organizationExperience in developing and implementing benefits policies, structures, and processes in an international context

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards (applicable for Slovakia): from 2600 € brutto/monthly + VAR*
