Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Global Human Resources, Asia Pacific – HR Business Advisory (GHRA – BA1)** **Internship Period: 4 Aug 2025 – 31 Dec 2025** **J** **ob Description** Our team of HR Business Partners and Advisors collaborate with the Business stakeholders to translate their business plans into specific HR strategies and solutions. We collaborate with our Centre of Excellence (COEs) and provide advice to our Business Stakeholders across all areas of HR such as Policy Interpretation, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Mobility and Talent Management. In this internship opportunity, you will be part of our HR Business Partnering function, with exposure to a wide array of HR functions. At the end of your learning journey with us, you will have a holistic understanding of the end-to-end HR processes involved in an employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Involvement in full recruitment of Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) interns by working closely with respective hiring managers which includes leveraging on Workday Recruiting to screen, identify, select suitable applicants, coordinate interview arrangements, contract preparation and onboarding of the new interns + Manage Singapore GCIB Graduate Trainee Program by organizing rotation schedule and contract preparation and involvement in Regional Trainee Program for GCIB APAC too + Support the delivery of succession planning and talent management by organizing reports and presentation materials + Assist in job code evaluation exercise + Assist in data analytics by preparing, analyzing and evaluating reports when required + Opportunity to be involved in HR initiatives and other projects + Address queries and issues from employees when required **Job Requirements** + Related degree in HR or similar field + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, PowerPoint, Excel, knowledge of Pivot table and V-lookup is a plus) + Proactive team player who can multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment. + Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels. + Eye for details **_IMPORTANT NOTE_** _1._ This internship role is based in Singapore.
