About the role:
We are currently seeking a HR Business Assocaite at our corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO
Reporting to the Director of Corporate and Operations, this role will partner with business unit leaders to develop and deliver strategic Human Resource solutions to achieve business unit goals.
Duties will Include:
Partners with business unit leaders to align Human Resources practices with business strategy and identify potential barriers to goal attainment. Provides counsel and support to leaders and/or employees in the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures. May provide resolution of employee relations and performance issues. Partners with business unit leaders in the process of performance management, associate engagement survey interpretation and action planning, patient satisfaction strategies, and training and development needs to develop a culture that supports achievement of objectives. Uses knowledge of Human Resources, legal, and regulatory requirements in conjunction with market best practice to ensure business unit compliance and competitiveness. Collects and analyzes HR data and develops recommendations and action plans to address issues. Supports the implementation of HR programs, communications, and initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.

Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing
