We are looking for a People Business Partner (PBP) who will support change, the People Business Partner community, and the business. The ideal candidate is curious, a good listener, and has strong consultative and advisory skills. This person should be passionate about using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision-making, advocate for change, and be able to combine great people intuition, business judgment, and discretion in their decision-making.

You will join the People and Places organization in this unique People Business Partner role aligned to the Corporate Functions areas of the business (HR, Legal, Finance and Strategy). This is a role designed to support specific initiatives across multiple divisions focused on critical business objectives and HR strategies. The Flex Business Partner will partner closely with the Business Partner team supporting Corporate Functions and will work with the Business Partner leads. This is a hybrid role based in Ireland.

Responsibilities

Organizational Partnership & Results

Partner with leaders to establish plans and deliver solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and drive results

Drive a people strategy focused on organizational design, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, and overall business performance

Support the business strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes

Support and drive surge work projects defined by the business unit as well as participate in ongoing functional and cross-functional initiatives

Leadership Effectiveness

In collaboration with senior leadership, facilitate initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda

Support performance, development, and career processes to ensure that leaderships’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards

Provide thought partnership to leadership in forecasting and planning talent pipeline with the function/business strategy

Employee Experience

Ensure a safe and open environment, where diverse perspectives are valued and appreciated Ensure alignment to our Culture Code (Values and Ways We Work)

Support feedback mechanisms and employee surveys to influence the continuous improvement of employee experiences and business outcomes

Partner with People Business Partner leadership and the Learning and Talent Management team to implement appropriate interventions

Ensure alignment of total rewards and recognition with performance

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

7+ years of HR experience (at least 5+ years of People Business Partner experience supporting leaders with global teams)

Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeping, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, employee relations

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant experiences in tech, software (or SaaS) industries

Ability to take business goals/priorities and translate them into initiatives

Consultative approach to strategic partnership and leadership coaching

Proven experience in conflict resolution and management practices within a complex, global, and matrixed environment

Team player with a sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment

Successful track record of implementing HR processes, performance management, and change management

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities, and adapt to a fluid, high-growth environment

General knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practices
