WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The head region EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) is focused on sales and marketing activities, we currently employ approximately 500 employees base in 33 countries.

Our business is organized in 4 sales regions covering the EMEA territory and one central functional organization, who works to support and develop business across EMEA, always in close cooperation with our sales regions.

The central functional organization is approximately 125 people, spread out in locations across EMEA, majority are based in Sweden.

As HRBP, EMEA Functions your focus will be to work in close partnership with leaders in the central EMEA organisation. This part of the job involves both being a proactive business partner and supporting management in their role as a people leader in multiple locations across EMEA.

As HRBP you will lead and coordinate all annual HR processes for EMEA functions, ensuring high quality and execution in the HR field.

You will conduct and work in close collaboration with the Director, Human Resources – EMEA and a skilled international HR community spread out across the regions. As regional HR operations are governed by regional HR resources an important part of your job is to synchronize and cooperate with local Axis HR frameworks, ensuring compliance and a unified approach towards our employees.

This role works with managers and smaller manager constellations/teams across EMEA. It sits in the EMEA HR Manager team (consisting of HR Managers from all regions) and is expected to contribute to our common HR EMEA plan.

The role is also an enabler of commonly prioritized HR projects and is expected to run EMEA wide projects and/or represent EMEA in global projects.

In short, apart from typical HRBP responsibilities the role is expected to:

Lead and support commonly prioritized HR projects. Support delivery of EMEA wide programs and initiatives, such as training programs and forums. Lead work areas based on needs and priorities (examples could be, performance management, learning & development, change management, talent & succession process).

In this role you will work closely with other HR resources within the HR EMEA team. Some of them are expected to contribute to areas under your HRBP responsibility. You will be expected to guide, coach and develop these resources as the responsible HRBP but also as a senior member of the HR EMEA team.

This role based in our HQ in Lund.

Travel across EMEA is a natural part of this job and happens frequently. On occasion it may also be necessary to travel outside EMEA.

This role reports to Director, Human Resources – EMEA and works in close cooperation and with line management and HR organization across EMEA.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a pro-active and goal-oriented HR professional, motivated by working in a versatile, international, and altering HR role, always close to the business.  

We believe that you have +7 years of experience from an HRBP role or similar and solid understanding of core HR competence areas such as people attraction, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.

You have leadership skills and the ability to lead internal and external stakeholders, work as a trusted advisor and challenge opinions, perspectives, and approaches.

Working in a broad role in a “small” organisation means that you will be involved in/drive strategic decisions, tactical planning, and operational execution. From a competence perspective it’s important to have the ability to shift between these work tasks and organise operational and standardised work so it is efficient, scalable, and predictable.
