About The Role
Reporting operationally to Vice President, Global Human Resources & Culture, Global Business Services (GB); administratively to Senior Vice President, Regional Business Services Asia Pacific, you will:
Collaborate closely with senior leaders in GB, guide and support the regional unit to translate business priorities and organization needs into people and HR initiatives within the Asia Pacific region
How You Will Do It
Partner with senior leaders to develop region HR strategy and manage its implementation within the unit across Asia Pacific. Serve as the primary consultant for HR matters, providing insights and perspectives to support management decision-makingAdvise and manage HR system and organization setup according to the GB operation modelKeep abreast of the unit’s latest HR state, focusing on workforce analytics, personnel costs development, employee engagement, talent pipeline and leadership quality. Develop immediate and long-term solutions where necessary, in alignment with the GB division strategy and employee needsDrive global GB culture initiatives in Asia by collaborating with the GB Culture team and the Communications team, and lead corporate projects in the region following the GB global division approachRepresent GB Asia Pacific and actively participate in the Global GB HR leadership team while contributing proactively to discussions on global People & Culture topics
What We Look For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Management or a related disciplineMinimum 8 years of relevant HR experience in multinational company (MNCs) preferably with at least 3 years as strategic HR Business PartnerTrack record in managing people, talent development, organization change and multiple projects at a timeExcellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational and cultural awarenessStrong business acumen, experience working with senior management and ability to operate and influence in a matrix environment Entrepreneurial and customer focus with drive to successfully steer HR solutions in the regionFlexible to travel as business or projects require
